Composed of high carbon steel, these swords are certainly the real deal and the handles and scabbards are intricately detailed for the most elevated look possible. The handles’ base is shiny vinyl with a gold aluminum dragon embedded in it. The handles are further wrapped in black nylon for comfortable grip. The scabbards are a gorgeous matte black with detailed gold aluminum caps on the tips. The rectangular guards of each sword are the same gold aluminum and reflect light beautifully creating an irresistible contrast to the matte black. The three tier wooden katana stand included is approximately 12.7 ounces. The stand requires some minor assembly however no tools are necessary and the stand can be assembled in under a minute.
