Our Return & Exchange Covenant
We pledge to accept returns and exchanges of most items within 15 days of thy receiving the shipment, provided they meet these conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unsharpened, and unused
- All original packaging and documentation must be intact
- The item must not show signs of wear or damage
- Proof of purchase must be presented

By order of the armory smiths, these items are exempt from returns:
- Automatic Knives (due to local weapon laws)
- Concealment Knives (classified as specialty items)
- Custom-forged Damascus Steel Knives (made to thy specifications)
- Costumes & Kids items (for hygiene reasons)
- Drinking Horns and Mugs (sanitation concerns)
The Return & Exchange Quest
Step 1: Send a Raven
Dispatch a message to our keep at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving thy order. Include:
- Thy order number
- The item(s) thou wish to return/exchange
- The reason for thy request
- Whether thou seekest a refund or exchange

Our armory keepers shall respond within 2 business days with:
- Approval of thy request
- Instructions for returning the item(s)
- A return authorization number
Step 3: Dispatch the Item

Include the return authorization number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Step 4: Completion of Thy Quest
Upon receiving and inspecting thy returned item(s), we shall:
- For exchanges: Dispatch thy new item within 3 business days
- For refunds: Process thy reimbursement within 5 business days
Refund Information
When thy refund is granted:
- The refund will be issued to thy original payment method
- Processing may take 5-10 business days after we approve the refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
For payments made through PayPal, the refund may appear in thy account immediately, though some banks may take additional days to process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
