I. The Armory’s Purpose

BladeCrafted Shop is a purveyor of:

• Artisan blades and edged weapons (Anime Swords, Historical Swords, Daggers, etc.)
• Medieval accessories and collectibles (Chainmail, Drinking Horns, Leather Journals)
• Fantasy-themed items (Gaming Swords, Costumes & Kids items)
• Collector’s pieces (Damascus Steel Knives, Full Tang Knives)

All items are sold as collectibles or decorative pieces unless otherwise specified. The Merchant assumes no responsibility for improper use.

II. The Customer’s Oath

By purchasing from our armory, thou swears:

1. To comply with all local laws regarding blade ownership and possession
2. To be at least 18 winters of age (or thy realm’s age of majority)
3. To provide accurate information when placing orders
4. To not use our wares for unlawful purposes
5. To inspect all items upon delivery and report damages within 3 days

III. The Merchant’s Covenant

We, the Keepers of BladeCrafted Shop, pledge:

1. To craft and deliver items with the care befitting a master smith
2. To protect thy personal information as guarded treasure
3. To process orders within 1-2 business days
4. To offer fair resolution for damaged or incorrect items
5. To clearly communicate any delays or changes to thy order

IV. The Exchange of Coin

Payment Methods

Our armory accepts:

• Visa, MasterCard, JCB (through secure gateways)
• PayPal (for those who prefer the digital purse)

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in USD. Additional import duties or taxes may be levied by thy local customs house – these are the Customer’s responsibility.

Order Confirmation

Upon receiving thy order, we shall send a raven (email confirmation) with details. If thou dost not receive this within 24 hours, contact our keepers at [email protected].

V. The Journey of Thy Order

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: By DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days) – $12.95
• Free Shipping: By EMS (15-25 business days) for orders over $50

Note: Some distant realms in Asia and remote territories lie beyond our shipping routes.

Delivery Responsibilities

Once our trusted couriers have delivered thy package to the address provided, responsibility for the items passes to thee. Report any damages immediately.

VI. The Return Quest

Items That Cannot Be Returned

By decree of our armory masters, these wares cannot be accepted back:

• Automatic Knives (restricted by local ordinances)
• Concealment Knives (specialty implements)
• Custom-forged Damascus Steel Knives
• Costumes & Kids items (hygiene matters)
• Drinking Horns and Mugs (sanitation requirements)

Return Process

1. Send a raven (email) to our keep within 15 days of delivery
2. Await our response with return instructions (within 2 business days)
3. Dispatch the item to our armory in Edmond, US with the provided authorization number
4. Upon inspection, we shall process refunds (5 business days) or exchanges (3 business days)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

VII. The Armory’s Knowledge

All designs, descriptions, and imagery within our armory are protected as intellectual property. Thou mayest not:

• Reproduce our designs without written permission
• Use our images for commercial purposes
• Claim our craftsmanship as thine own

Personal use (such as sharing on social media with proper attribution) is permitted and encouraged.

VIII. Limits of Our Steel

While we forge our wares with utmost care, the Merchant shall not be held liable for:

• Improper use of any blade or weapon
• Consequences of violating local weapon laws
• Delays caused by acts of gods, wars, or courier mishaps
• Incidental or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

IX. Changes to This Covenant

We may amend these terms as our armory grows. Significant changes will be announced with due notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

X. Resolving Disputes

Should disagreement arise between us, we shall first attempt peaceful resolution through discussion. If no accord can be reached, disputes shall be settled under the laws of the realm of Oklahoma, USA.
